autumn is (nearly) here…

and the show season is beginning again! I realize that I’ve been absolutely horrible at keeping this current over the summer and resolve to be better.  many, many events are on the horizon for fall and winter – there are some old favorites and a few new ones that i’m really excited about.

here’s what’s coming up in september:

cloverfall13the one and only clover market kicks it off on september 15th.  don’t worry if you can’t make that one- I’ll be at all FOUR of their shows this season. yes, they have added a chestnut hill location in october- yay!

FRONT-Applehead-2013-2BACK-Applehead-2013-1I’m thrilled to be a part of applehead studios open house this year!  along with three other artists/friends that I admire, i’ll be exhibiting my work for sale the weekend of september 20th.  this is a great relaxed atmosphere and the perfect opportunity to get your holiday shopping started along with a drink and some conversation.

to get the full schedule of shows and to stay up to date on all things joey- make sure you’ve subscribed to my newsletter. I will be sending one out in the next week. I promise no spam or sharing of your email- I only send it out four to five times a year.

hope to see you soon…

it’s been busy.

I literally feel like September just began and now October is lurking around the corner.  So much has been going on, but it’s all good. Here’s some of the things I’ve been up to since the beginning of the month:

– participated in the Made in America Festival in Philly.

– designed and distributed my e-newsletter with my fall/winter show schedule.

– had a trunk show at The Little Apple in Manayunk, PA.

– took on a new retailer, oWowCow Creamery in Wrightstown, PA.

– participated in the Outdoor Craft Store in Swarthmore, PA.

– participated in the opening day Clover Market  in Ardmore, PA.

– stocked up joey retailers: Shake the TreeDeconstructed Living, Circa Dee and  Hens Teeth Rare Gifts.

This weekend I’ll be at the first annual Woodbury Fall Arts Fest in where else? Woodbury, NJ.

Look at this layout!  I’ll be in Booth #220 on Railroad Avenue between Wallace and Hopkins) amongst dozens of artisan vendors, musicians, craft beer gardens and so much more.  I’m intrigued by what offerings lie in ‘The Art of Spice’ tent.

Hope to see you this Saturday in Woodbury between 11 – 6.
