I’ll be one of the 100 vendors this weekend at Penn’s Landing in Philly this weekend for the awesomeness that is the Art Star Craft Bazaar. This year marks their 10th anniversary- this will be my second year participating in this unique and wonderful event. Here’s how you get there!
Yes, it’s Mother’s Day too, so bring the whole family for music, food, crafts and crafty goodness. Check out the amazing vendors here. Hope to see you… now, back to work!
I’m so excited to be participating in Clover Market‘s first wintry offering – ‘Winter Market’ at the 23rd street Armory in Philly. Yes, it’s tomorrow! Along with Clover’s usual group of fantastically curated sellers and makers there’s also food trucks and a selection of diy workshops.
You can still buy tickets (here) for a discount ($5 gets you 2 for 1), and there’s a second round of earlybird vip entrance (9am) tickets available (here) which includes a gorgeous Greenmarket Purveying candle and free cup of ‘coffee and snap’ from Rival Brothers and Art in the Age– sure to get you going early in the am! Otherwise, you can pay for admission at the door.
Will I see you tomorrow?
It’s that time again! Clover Market’s October installation is this Sunday, October 14th in Ardmore, PA from 10 – 5. As always, there will be a carefully curated selection of vendors and makers selling vintage and handmade, food and free hands-on crafts for the kids.
I’ll have a nice selection of joeys perfectly suited for fall and for holiday gifts. Look for me in my usual spot, booth #19, on the corner of the third row off of Lancaster Avenue. You’ll find a complete list of all 100 plus vendors and map here.
Plenty of copper and deerskin suede wrap bracelets will be on hand- they double as a choker as well.
There’s a ‘new’ crop of vintage cluster bracelets too…
I’m bringing a trove of funky cocktail rings- great with any outfit!
As an added bonus, Clover’s doing a giveaway. One lucky winner will win one of their new oversized totebags AND a super comfy distressed logo t-shirt. Just leave a comment on their FB post with what you’re hunting for at Sunday’s Market AND win an additional entry by sharing their page with your friends. Check it out…
There’s an endless array of amazing events happening in the Philly area this weekend. The Barnes Museum is reopening, there’s the Italian Market and Rittenhouse Row Festivals, but I’ll be at the the 7th Annual Trenton Avenue Arts Festival and the Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby in Fishtown. Good times! Come see ‘bizarre bicycles, surprising sculptures, visionary visual artists, astonishing artisans and phenomenal food vendors…’
I’ll be in Booth 49, almost at the corner of Susquehanna and Trenton Ave. There’s over 150 local artists, check here to see a full list.
Here’s some of what I’ll be bringing:
An offbeat assortment of buckles… all vintage images and one-of-a-kind: jersey shore postcard, lottery game card and pulp novel cover are just a sampling.
My copper and deerskin suede wraps in abundance.
Yikes, so much to do! These tiny vintage dictionary illustration pendants are still waiting for their copper chains and vintage bead embellishments.
Whatever you choose to do, have an fantastic weekend!
